Ensyncer for Law Firms
Ongoing backup of your documents from LEAP, 3E, Aderant, NetDocuments, OneDrive
Are your Law Firm's documents being held in the cloud and not having a physical copy?
Need a way to archive your matters and their documents and keep them off-site?
Ensyncer lets you keep an ongoing backup without stress or hassle.
Ensyncer provides you with a continuous backup of your documents for a regular monthly fee. The Ensyncer synchronization process regularly scans your cloud practice management system and saves a copy of all changed documents and emails to an Ensyncer folder on your server or PC.
Your Ensyncer folder will be configured either to be organized by matter or to reflect the underlying folder structure of your cloud system. It can also be synchronized with online document services such as OneDrive for Business or Dropbox for Business, thereby providing further backup.
The time between each scan of Ensyncer can be configured by you, from hourly to overnight, depending on your backup needs and your internet capacity.
Your Ensyncer folder or online document service can be configured to retain version history. This depends on the features of the relevant server or service.
For security, your Ensyncer folder can be encrypted, and the security features of your server or online document service can be configured to restrict user access to designated users.
Your Ensyncer folder can be configured to meet Law Society rules on document backup and recovery. We can assist you in ensuring documents are only held in permitted jurisdictions.
Please note that Ensyncer synchronisation is a one-way backup process, and cannot be used to update documents. It requires a valid login, and interruptions to your access to this application may also affect Ensyncer.
Pricing for our product is on a per-user basis. It is available as either a monthly subscription of $50 per user per month a yearly rate of $500 per user. There is a minimum subscription of 1 year. Should you end your subscription with us, you still retain all of the documents saved to your Ensyncer folder or online document service.
